数字货币发展中需要关注的几个问题

数字货币的发展改变了人们对货币的认识，其发行不依赖于国家和中央银行，使用分布式账本技术完成了全部交易信息的记录。分布式账本技术的出现也有可能削减中央银行的部分职能。随着数字货币的火爆程度与日俱增，中央银行必须要做出应对。目前，世界各国均开始关注数字货币，并对其底层技术进行研究，期望能找到可以被中央银行使用的技术创新。本文对数字货币发展过程中需要关注的问题进行分析，归纳各国对于数字货币的研究和实践案例，探讨数字货币背景下中央银行可以采取的应对措施。%The development of digital currency has changed people's understanding of money, its issuance is not dependent on the state or the central bank. The distributed ledger technology is used to complete recording transaction information. The appear-ance of distributed ledger technology may reduce some of the functions of the central bank. With the continuous improvement of digital currency, the central bank must take actions. At present, countries around the world have begun to focus on the digital cur-rency, and made research on the underlying technology hoping to find some technical innovations which can be used by the central bank. The paper analyzes some problems in the development of digital currency, summarizes various countries' researches and practical experiences, and discusses countermeasures which the central bank may take under the background of the digital curren-cy.
