民族地区家庭农场发展与金融服务的调查与思考--基于宁夏吴忠市实际

摘要

近期，人行吴忠市中心支行选择吴忠市首批认定的163个家庭农场为研究样本，旨在全面了解本地家庭农场发展的现状，并针对家庭农场对金融服务的现实需求与供给障碍提出合理的意见建议。如：夯实金融扶持家庭农场发展的法规基础；丰富金融扶持家庭农场经济发展的信贷产品；创新金融扶持家庭农场经济发展的信贷管理机制；完善金融扶持家庭农场经济发展的保障补偿机制。%Recently, Wuzhong Municipal Sub-branch PBC has chosen 163 family farms as the research samples which are the first batch of family farms recognized by Wuzhong city, aiming at understanding comprehensively the current situation of the development of the local family farms and putting forward reasonable suggestions according to the realistic demand for financial services and supply obstacles of family farms. The concrete suggestions are as follows:laying a solid legal basis, enriching credit products, innovating the credit management mechanism and perfecting the guarantee compensation mechanism of the financial support to the economic devel-opment of the family farms.
