C/SiC composites and Ti6A14V titanium alloy were joined by brazing process by using AgCuTi + SiC composite filler metals. Thernthermal shock behavior and shear strength of the joints were investigated. Interface microstruptures and fracture cracks were investigated byrnscanning electron microscopy (with EDS energy spectrum). The results show that the maximum shear strength is 141 MPa and no crack occursrnafter 30 times thermal shock testing, when the clearance was (0. 55 ± 0.05) mm.%采用AgCuTi+ SiC连接材料对C/SiC复合材料与Ti6Al4V钛合金进行钎焊,并对钎焊接头进行了室温抗剪强度测试和室温至600℃热震试验.使用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了0.10~0.90 mm钎焊间隙范围内,钎焊接头的界面微观组织情况.结果表明,钎焊间隙为(0.55±0.05) mm时,接头平均抗剪强度值最高,达到141 MPa,且未发现热震裂纹.
