Adopting manual arc welding DC reverse method to weld A402, A312, A302, A022, A137, A102 austenitic stainless steel electrode on Q235 base material, and utilizing line cutting machine to get 1 cm3 specimen in weld . It conducted grinding and corrosion treatment to specimen, and studied the influence of different chemical composition on weld corrosion performance. The test results showed that Mo, Mn and Ni are beneficial to increasing corrosion resistance of weld, while Si can accelerate seamless steel corrosion.%采用手工电弧焊直流反接法,分别将A402,A312,A302,A022,A137和A102这几种常见的奥氏体不锈钢焊条堆焊在Q235钢的母材上面,用线切割机切取焊缝处规格为1 cm3的试样,并对试样进行研磨和腐蚀处理,研究不同化学成分对焊缝耐腐蚀性能的影响.试验结果表明,Mo,Mn 和Ni有利于提高焊缝的耐腐蚀性能,而Si则会加速不锈钢的腐蚀.
