针对江都水利枢纽工程信息化系统现阶段存在各子系统之间无法实现信息共享、整合、集中展示及主动响应、预警等问题,通过对现有信息化系统应用功能重新梳理,资源重新整合,界面重新设计,探索信息化综合发布系统的建设方案、框架结构及功能要求,完善信息化综合发布系统,实现信息共享及复杂数据的直观化和形象化展示等,可提高工作人员对实时数据、工程信息的获取效率,保证相关部门掌握工程实时信息,有效监督日常管理行为,提高工程运行管理保障能力,实现既定的计划及目标,为省内外类似水利枢纽工程综合发布系统改造及升级提供参考和借鉴.%Aiming at the problems of information sharing, integration, centralized display, active response and early warning among the subsystems of Jiangdu Water Conservancy Project informatization system at the present stage, this paper explores the construction scheme, framework structure and functional requirements of the informatization comprehensive releasing system by reorganizing the application functions, re-integrating resources and re-designing interfaces of the existing informatization system. It improves the comprehensive information releasing system, realizes information sharing and visualization display of complex data, greatly improves staff's efficiency of obtaining real time data and engineering information, ensures relevant departments to master real-time information of the project, effectively supervises daily management behavior, improves the ability of project operation management support, achieves the established plans and objectives, and provides a reference for the transformation and upgrading of the comprehensive publishing system of similar hydro-junction projects both inside and outside the province.
