《水资源监测数据传输规约》的编制是在《水资源监控管理系统数据传输规约》的基础上的完善和扩展。《水资源监测数据传输规约》从7个方面对《水资源监控管理系统数据传输规约》进行完善，并对站号规划、工作状态、流量水量处理、雨量参数查询、存储补发功能、参数启报阈值和固态存储时间段间隔等的约定，以及通信信道的切换及报文的自动拆分功能、控制功能的使用、CRC 校验算法等9个方面做补充说明和论述。以期《水资源监测数据传输规约》能在国家水资源监控能力、水文自动测报等自动化系统的建设中发挥作用。% Water Resources Monitoring Data Transmission Protocols>is perfected and expanded based on. is perfected from seven aspects.
