水利卫星通信对星指向数据计算及应用

     

摘要

At present, a new generation of conservancy satellite communication platform has been put into operation. For the convenience of large water conservancy communications workers using water conservancy satellite, the article introduces the characteristics, system composition and main station structure of the water conservancy satellite communication. And it analyzes the azimuth, elevation and polarization angles of the conservancy VSAT, and gives out the typical locations in Asian V communication satellite and APStar VI communication satellite’s aiming table. According to the conservancy satellite communication construction, it also points out that consideration should be made on satellite antenna location, installation, declination correction, and lightning protection grounding in the satellite earth station construction for relevant technical personnel reference application.%  目前新一代水利卫星通信平台已投入正式运行,为方便广大水利通信工作者应用水利卫星通信,在简要介绍水利通信卫星的特点、系统组成、主站结构的基础上,分析水利卫星地球站方位角、仰角和极化角的计算,给出省会城市或典型地点的亚洲Ⅴ号和亚太VI号2种通信卫星对星指向表,根据水利部卫星应用小站建设情况,指出在卫星地球站建设及对星工作中需要考虑卫星天线的选址、安装,磁偏角的修正,以及防雷接地等内容,供相关技术人员参照应用
