顶空固相微萃取三重四级杆气质联用法测定水中2甲基异莰醇和土臭素

         

摘要

该文运用了 HS SPME GC MS MS法测定水中痕量2 MIB和 GSM。当测定范围为2~200 ng / L时,标准曲线的线性相关系数均≥0.9995;该方法的检出限分别为0.59和0.68 ng / L;RSD为3.96%和4.54%;出厂水、管网水和原水的加标回收率为86.3%~113.7%。在藻类大量增殖时期,监测上海地区某水库内、外原水中2 MIB浓度,发现藻细胞数较多的原水中2 MIB浓度也较高;当藻细胞数低于5×106个/ L时,2 MIB浓度低于国标限值(10 ng / L)。此外库内水中2 MIB的产生相对于藻的产生具有一定的滞后性,且两者存在较为一致的变化趋势,佐证了2 MIB为藻类次生代谢产物;GSM的产生则与藻类代谢无明显相关性。%The trace 2 MIB and GSM in water was determined by HS SPME GC MS MS in this paper. When range of determination is 2 ~ 200 ng / L,the correlation coefficient of stand curve is ≥0. 999 5.The limits of detection are 059 and 0. 68 ng / L, respectively. And their RSD are 3. 96% and 4. 54%,respectively. The recovery rates in finished water,network water and raw water are 86. 3% ~ 113. 7% . The concentration of 2 MIB monitored in and outside the Shanghai-based reservoir during the period of algal bloom is higher in the raw water where the algal cell count is higher. Meanwhile,the concentration of 2 MIB is below the limit value (10 ng / L)according to the national standard when the algal cell count is below 5 × 106 Cell/ L. Moreover,the production of 2 MIB lags the algal bloom and the concentration of 2 MIB has a similar variation trend with the algal cell count obviously in the reservoir, which infers that 2 MIB is a kind of algal secondary metabolic product while GSM has not the same pattern apparently.
