在大中型水力发电机组中,水力不平衡故障是较为常见的故障.为了实现对该故障的自动化判定和诊断,分析了水力不平衡故障产生的机理,阐述了水力不平衡对机组稳定运行的影响,提出了用于辨识水力不平衡故障的指标参数和自动化辨识模型.通过多个电站的实际应用表明,该研究方法能够实现由于转轮叶道不一致、叶型不一致、叶端间隙不一致等原因造成的水力不平衡故障的自动化的检测和诊断.该研究方法可用于水电站机组在线状态监测和故障诊断系统的设计和实现.%Hydraulic unbalance is a common fault in large and medium-sized hydro-generating units.In order to realize the automatic detection and diagnosis of this fault,the mechanism of hydraulic unbalance and the influences of hydraulic unbalance on the stable operation of unit are analyzed,and the parameters for identifying hydraulic unbalance fault and the automatic identification model are proposed.The practical application in some hydropower stations shows that the method can realize the automatic detection and diagnosis of hydraulic unbalance fault caused by inconsistent blade duct,inconsistent blade shape or inconsistent blade tip clearance.This method can be used in the design and implementation of on-line condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for hydro-generating units.
