无人驾驶振动碾的开发及其在长河坝工程中的应用

     

摘要

针对目前土石方填筑工程碾压施工控制精度差、施工效率低,以及强烈的振动环境影响操作人员健康等诸多问题,通过依托长河坝大坝工程开发了由振动碾机身控制系统、程序自动控制系统、导航与姿态补偿系统以及环境识别与自动避让系统等组成的无人驾驶振动碾,并最终实现了振动碾的无人驾驶精准作业.论述了国内首次研制的无人驾驶振动碾的技术原理,并详细介绍了无人驾驶振动碾单机、机群的自动化、信息化与智能化作业情况.无人驾驶振动碾在实际工程中的运用取得良好效果.%In view of the problems such as poor construction control accuracy,low construction efficiency and strong vibration environment affecting the health of operators during current construction of earth-rockfill dam,a kind of driverless vibration roller system consisting of vibration roller body control system,automatic program control system,navigation and attitude compensation system,and environment recognition and automatic collision avoidance system is developed by relying on the construction of dam in Changheba Hydropower Station,and eventually realizes the unmanned and precise operation of vibration roller.The technology principles of this driverless vibration roller are introduced,and the automation,informatization and intelligent operation of one roller or a group of rollers are also introduced respectively.The application of this driverless vibration roller in actual project has achieved good results.
