构建高职“校企融合、工学一体”人才培养模式的研究与实践

             

摘要

高职院校打造自己的办学特色,关键在于人才培养模式是否具有创新性,能否培养出适应社会需求的高素质、高技能的实用技术人才。招引企业进入学校,按"校企融合、工学一体"的人才培养模式,采取"双主体"办学体制与机制,是解决当下高职教育处于"实践教学、就业岗位"落实两难境遇的最佳途径。经过两年多的运行成效已充分证明引企入校是成功的,带来的不仅仅是先进设备、技术与人力资源,而且创新了高等职业技术教育的办学思路与模式。%Higher vocational colleges to make his school characteristics, the key lies in whether the latent training mode with innovative, can develop to adapt to the social demand of high quality and high ability of practiced technology, talented person.
