基于工作过程的高职课程设计研究——以社会工作专业《社会调查方法与实务》课程为例

     

摘要

Based on the working process, the construction of new vocational curriculums has become an important means of higher vocational curriculums reform, the core of which is to take the post ability as the goal, to build the curriculum content and curriculum standards based on the working process. According to the thinking and method of developing higher vocational curriculums based on the working process, the overall design and implementation plan of the curriculum of"social investigation method and practice"are put forward, which realizes the unity of teaching content and working content. The practice shows that the reform of the curriculum has a significant effect on promoting the cultivation of highly skilled talents.%基于工作过程构建新型高职课程已经成为高职课程改革的重要手段,其核心是以岗位能力获得为目标,建设基于工作过程的课程内容和课程标准.基于工作过程开发高职课程的思路与方法,提出《社会调查方法与实务》课程的整体设计与实施方案,实现了教学内容与工作内容的统一.实践表明,该课程改革对促进高技能人才培养具有显著效果.
