中职外贸教学与企业文化的有效融合

摘要

中职外贸教学一定要紧跟市场趋势，结合外贸专业行业需求，适时调整教学结构和培养模式，为地方输送优秀的技能型人才，真正做到为地方经济服务。作为一名外贸专业的专业课任课教师，通过对中职外贸教学现状的分析，从专业理论教学着手，阐述企业文化与中职外贸教学有效融合的途径，通过团队合作意识的培养与建设为切入点，拉近学生与企业之间的距离，做到在专业课上教学与企业文化的有效融合。%Foreign trade education in vocational schools must keep pace with market trends,combine with foreign trade industry demands,and adjust the structure of teaching and training model in order to deliver outstanding skilled personnel to local area and truly serve the local economy.As a professional teacher of foreign trade major,through analysis of the present situation of foreign trade teaching of secondary vocational schools,started with cultivation and construction of teamwork awareness,the distance between students and enterprises can be reduced so that professional courses can be effectively integrated with corporate culture.
