摘要

本文就高职食品专业毕业生面临的工作特性,分析了职业素质要求,初步探索研究了高职食品专业毕业生职业素质培养方法。%In this paper, according to the working characteristic of food professional graduates in vocational colleges, the professional quality requirements have been analysized, and education method for the professional quality of food professional graduates in vocational colleges preliminarily have been explored and studied.
