高职院校“校、院(系)、专业(群)、教学团队”教学管理组织模式构建

         

摘要

In recent years,the higher vocational college has carried on the reform of the traditional “college,department, staff room”teaching management . However,the reform cannot overcome the disadvantages of traditional teaching management because of the staff room as the subject . This new model is set taking the specialty as the teaching unit and taking the teaching team as the operational mechanism of organization. This new model also has the advantages of the mechanism of hierarchical management,the clear of management functions,the adaptability and the f lexibility of the operation. This model will deepen the two level teaching management departments,realize the effective operation of teaching management,and improve teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.%近年来,尽管高职院校对传统的教学管理组织模式进行了一些改革,然而这些改良仍然无法有效克服以教研室为主体的教学管理运行中的一些弊端。以专业为基本教学单位,以团队运作作为整个组织运行的机制,形成管理机构层次分明、管理职能明确的“校、院(系)、专业(群)、教学团队”教学管理组织模式,有利于深化院系二级教学管理,健全教学管理运行机制,有效提高高职院校教学质量。
