民国时期职业学校学生管理及其特点--以集美职业学校为中心

摘要

作为民国时期东南职业学校的典范，集美职业学校为当时及新中国培育了大批人才，赢得了各方赞誉，其运行机制，特别是加强教学管理，提高教育质量；重视训育，提升学生道德水准；注重生活管理，引导学生全面发展的学生管理理念与培养模式，亦为我国当前职业教育发展提供了借鉴与启示。%As a model for Southeast vocational school during the Republic of China , Jimei Vocational School had cultivated a large number of people for the time being and the new China, won praise from all sides, and its operating mechanism, such as strengthen teaching management, improve the quality of education, emphasis on discipline, enhance students’ ethical standards, focus on life management, through the development of student’ specifically, also provided reference and inspirations for the current development of China’s vocational education.
