"中国制造2025"战略规划的实施,迫切需要高素质的应用技术人才.地方本科院校承担着培养这类人才的责任与使命.在"中国制造2025"视域下,围绕着培养高素质应用技术人才,地方本科院校将以"服务地方经济社会发展的办学定位、能力为本突出应用的人才培养体系、产教融合协同创新的应用科学研究、学术背景与企业经历并重的师资队伍建设"等战略举措实现转型发展.与此同时,地方本科院校的转型发展还需要坚守住高等教育的本质和高等院校的属性——关注学生核心素质的培养,重视学科建设的重要地位.%The implementation of the strategy of "Made in China 2025" put forward urgent demand for high-quality application technology talents. Local undergraduate colleges undertake the responsibility and mission of training this kind of talents. From the perspective of "Made in China 2025", the local undergraduate colleges should realize transformation and development by the measures of "persisting in the school-running orientation of serving local economic and social development, the ability-based and application-standing talent cultivation system, the production-teaching integrated and combined innovation applied scientific research and the teaching staff equally having the academic background and enterprise experience. At the same time, the transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges should also adhere to the nature of higher education and the nature of higher education institutions: paying attention to the cultivation of students' core qualities and attaching importance to subject construction.
