股份合作视域下校企合作共建共享实训基地推进路径

摘要

Single investor, inflexible investment approach, aging governance mechanism and backward personnel training mode are the problems during the operation process of accelerating school-enterprise cooperative training base. Establishing a modern corporate governance system meets implied needs of the development of school-enterprise cooperative training base in a market economy, and it is also an effective way to solve the problems during the process of school-enterprise cooperation to build training base. This paper suggests a “Five-in-One” joint-stock pattern with government, schools, enterprises, teachers and students together. The interior governance pattern reform is proposed to push forward a corporate governance structure of the school-enterprise co-built training base, with characteristics of “clear defined power and responsibilities, well-coordinated, and effective checks and balances”.%投资主体单一、投资方式不灵活、治理机制老化和人才培养模式落后是目前我国校企合作共建实训基地运营过程中面临的问题。按照股份制建立现代法人公司治理制度，是市场经济体制下校企共建实训基地发展的内生需求，也是解决校企合作共建实训基地运营过程中问题的有效途径。校企合作共建实训基地应构建政府、学校、企业、教师和学生共同入股的“五位一体”股份制模式，通过推进内部治理模式改革，为形成“权责明确、协调运转、有效制衡”的法人治理结构提供可行的推进路径。
