PURPOSE: A method and system for calculating a commission of a security corporation according to profit rate of an investor is provided to calculate and levy a trust commission for ordering a stock trade in accordance with an investment profit rate of an investor. CONSTITUTION: In the case that a trust for a sale, a calculation is executed in a sale trust commission charged program(7). In the case that a trust for a purchase, a trust commission is calculated in a purchase trust commission charged program(8). In addition, a trust commission calculation device(4) performs a trust commission charging execution(9). A data device(10) transmits data for executing the trust commission calculation device(4) for setting a trust commission rate in accordance with a profit rate of an investor. The data device(10) comprises a stock account data file(11), a sale order conclusion money data file(12), a purchase order conclusion money data file(13), and an entire trade profit rate data file(14).
