In education exchanging meeting on career guidance work experience in vocational colleges convoked by the Ministry of Education in Ningbo of Zhejiang, it is proposed that under the background of speeding up the development of modern vocational education, the working target of vocational guidance should oriente toward promoting national competitive strength, letting graduates employed with high quality, transferring the focus from employment rate to employment quality, and further reveal the nature of vocational education with the guidance of promoting employment.
