武汉市大学生公共职业培训实证研究

         

摘要

运用实证研究方法,抽选武汉市人力资源和社会保障部门定点的公立培训机构为载体,组织开展大学生职业培训问卷调查。调研显示,大学生在职业培训目标动机、时间周期、培训频率、培训类型、培训方式、培训机构等方面存在明显的选择倾向,这些都是公共培训供给需要关注的微观层面的需求信息。研究认为,政府从宏观层面提出的统筹各类培训机构建立职业培训体系、划拨专款专资支持高技能人才培养的举措,能够实质性促进大学生的职业技能学习和就业能力培养,值得推广借鉴。在未来发展进程中,要进一步强化高职院校在大学生公共职业培训服务中的社会职能,建立并推行供给导向的培训计划和需求导向的实践模式,不断提高大学生公共职业培训的供给效率。%To study the training programs and market needs, a questionnaire survey is conducted on the public training institutes accredited by Wuhan Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The results suggest that there is an obvious tendency of choices in terms of period, frequency, methods, and institute of vocational training. The information is what the training providers should focus on. Thus, the paper maintains that an overall plan on the establishment of vocational training system and the special appropriation of fund for the training of advanced skillful workers, which were proposed by the city government, can substantially foster college students to vocational skills learning and their employability. It works well and is worth following. In the future, it is necessary to further enhance the social role of higher vocational colleges in public training service for students, create and implement the supply-oriented training plan and the need-oriented practice model, and constantly improve the provision efficiency of public training program for college students.
