工匠精神培育已经在全国掀起热潮,但是,工匠精神培育在高职院校的现实境况与应然期望并不吻合,工匠精神必要性认识不足、工匠精神内涵模糊、培育主体单一、客体主动性不足、经验欠缺以及其他未知因素正困扰着工匠精神的培育.解决上述问题,可以通过明确工匠精神新时代内涵来定位工匠精神培育目标、通过搭建共育平台来实现工匠精神培育主体的互动与协同、通过开展理论研究与教学实践来探寻与积累工匠精神培育方法、通过打造校园工匠文化将工匠精神生活化、通过找准工匠精神培育载体以达到精准培育.%The spirit of craftsman is an important part of professional education in higher vocational colleges, but the survey shows that the realistic situation of craftsman spirit cultivation in higher vocational colleges does not accord with the ideal expectation: The recognition of the importance and necessity of the spirit of craftsman is insufficient; the intension of the craftsman's spirit is vague; the educational subject is single; the students are lack of initiative; higher vocational colleges are deficient in experience on spiritual education of the craftsman. In order to solve the above problems, the paper puts forward the following suggestions: clarify the connotation of craftsman spirit to orient the training objective of craftsman training objectives, build the cultivation platform to realize integration of cultivation subjects, explore and accumulate training method by theoretic and practical research, realize the life of craftsman by shaping the campus culture, etc.
