基于核心素养的台湾高校应用型人才通识教育研究

         

摘要

The Taiwan region is actively responding to economic globalization and social change, and adopt general education as a way to train application-oriented talents based on key competences, to serve the promotion of industrial development and international competitiveness in Taiwan region. The higher technical and vocational colleges in Taiwan regard the idea of"all human"education as the concept, with the"all human"talent training as the goal, with the key competences as the new direction, with curriculum as the carrier to explore the practice path of general education, with a general education evaluation oriented to promote synergy, to promote the development of general education in an all-round way. Learning from the experience of Taiwan region, general education of the vocational colleges in mainland China should be based on people's subjectivity as the logical starting point, with the key competences as a pillar of development, the organization and operation mechanism as the method and path, with a general education assessment for cooperative direction, to cultivate innovative talents and modern qualified citizens.%台湾地区积极应对经济全球化和社会变革,以通识教育为路径,培养基于核心素养的应用型人才,服务于台湾地区产业发展及国际竞争力的提升.台湾地区高等技职院校以"全人"教育为理念,以"全人"型人才培养为目标,以核心素养为新方向,以课程为载体,探寻通识教育实践路径.借鉴其经验,大陆高职院校通识教育应以人的主体性为逻辑起点,以核心素养为发展支柱,以组织运行机制为方法路径,以通识教育评估为协同导向.
