高职机电专业“三型”人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘要

"Three Type" talent training mode in Mechanical and Electric major in Yancheng Industrial Vocational and Technical College is discussed in the paper. With the training mode and teaching mode reformed in the college, the students, in view of their existing knowledge, ability and potential, are classified into three types: top type, compound type and skill type. Meanwhile, the training scheme,course standard,teaching plan and evaluation standard are established respectively.The practice of "Three Type"talent training mode solves the contradictions between the diversification of students and differentiation of students' demand, and cultivate high-quality "top type, compound type, skill type" for society.%讨论了盐城工业职业技术学院机电专业“三型”人才培养模式的实践过程，改革原来统一的培养模式和教学模式，根据学生现有的知识、能力水平和潜力倾向把学生科学地分成拔尖型、复合型、技能型三类人才，分类制定培养方案、课程标准、教学计划和评价标准。通过“三型”人才培养模式的实践，有效解决了生源多样化和学生需求差异化的矛盾，为社会培养了高素质的“拔尖型、复合型、技能型”人才。
