21世纪台湾职业教育发展的困境及对策

21世纪以来，随着台湾经济产业升级，职业教育在服务经济及促进社会发展的过程中出现了招生、升学、定位等一系列问题。针对这些问题，台湾地区通过提高办学层次、完善职教体系岗前培训、制定竞争性经费奖励制度、提升教师素质等一系列措施，对其职业教育发展和经济水平提升产生了重要的促进作用。%In the 21st century, with the development of economy and upgrading of industry, a series of problems in Taiwan's vocational education have arisen, such as admission, further education and position-setting. To solve these problems, Taiwan takes many measures, such as improving school running level, perfecting the pre-job training of vocational education system, providing the competitive funding and improving the quality of teachers. The measures play an important role in promoting the development of vocational education and economic levels in Taiwan.
