乙型肝炎病毒全S基因疫苗诱导小鼠的特异性免疫应答

         

摘要

In order to know the specific immume responses after immunization of HBV DNA vaccines and what kind differences of immune responses following the HBV pan-S gene and HBsAg gene vaccination,the DNA vaccines,both pcDNA3-PS and pcDNA3-HBsAg,in which HBV pan-S gene and HBsAg gene sequences were inserted into downstream of CMV promoter in pcDNA3,respectively,were injected intramuscularly into BALB/C mice.Specific humoral and cellular immune responses were detected after Vaccination.The serum anti-HBs were detected in all of the pcDNA3-PS and the pcDNA3-HBsAg immunized mice,but none in control mice.However,there were no significantly differences of serums anti-HBs level between the pcDNA3-PS and pcDNA3-HBsAg immunized mice.Serum levels of interleukine 2 and interferon gamma,were also significantly higher in pcDNA3-PS and pcDNA3-HBsAg immunized mice than that in controls.It was indicated that the good responses of cellular and humoral immunity can be induced by injection of pbDNA3-PS and pcDNA3-HBsAg in BALB/C mice.No any evidence was showed that HBV pan-S gene vaccine could enhance the immunity of HBsAg gene vaccine.
