For the problem that in temperature test, high temperature causes the FPGA state machine stability decreases and the illegal state causes the recorder can not work normally, put forward the coding mode and FPGA integrated two aspects of optimization, to overcome the problem of poor high temperature stability. By viewing the state machine waveform and the analysis of cause of the problem, the comparison of various coding mode selected by u-sing One-hot coding and synthesis constraint method, the results proved that the state machine stability is improved to a great extent, recorder in high temperature returned to normal work.%针对记录器在温度试验中,高温造成FPGA状态机稳定性下降,出现非法状态导致记录器无法正常工作这一问题,提出了在编码方式和FPGA综合两个方面进行优化,从而克服高温下稳定性差的问题.通过查看状态机波形并分析造成问题的原因,对比各种编码方式选定采用One-hot编码和综合约束的方法,结果证明了状态机稳定性确实有很大程度的提高,记录器在高温下恢复正常工作.
