教学相长辨析

摘要

The idea that teaching benefits teachers as well as students is the key educational idea of Learning, whose meaning mainly refers to mutual learning. With the times changing, people gradually changed its understanding. This paper is to clarify its intent, the process of the history and causes, discusses its enlightenment on modern teaching theory and practice from teachers, students, the teaching process and other aspects.%教学相长是<学记>中提出的重要教育思想,本意主要指"生生"相教,随时代变迁人们对它的理解逐渐发生变化.本文对其本意进行澄清,理清其历史演绎过程与原因.从教师、学生、教学过程等方面探讨其对现代教学理论和实践的启示意义.
