汽车同步器总成间隙的研究与探讨

摘要

As a critical component in automotive mechanical transmission, synchronizer is highly related to the driving performance and shift quality. In addition to the elements such as friction material, multi-cone, friction coefficient etc, that people habitually pay attention to during synchronizer design, clearance between synchronizer hub, sleeve, key and ring is particularly a critical factor in present synchronizer failure.%本文对同步器总成中同步环、结合齿、齿套、齿毂、滑块之间形成的各种径向、轴向间隙结合实际中同步器的多种失效后果:打齿、无法摘档、三锥同步器中内环三爪脱出、寿命短失效、怠速噪音、挂档卡滞等分析研究,得出同步器设计中的技巧及方法.
