独立学院外聘教师教学质量监控体系研究

摘要

Nowadays the capacity of establishing business by college students in China is less than satisfactory, along with the success rate at a rather low level. And thus we made a research on it. After analyzing systematically with Timmons model as well as comparing the advantages and disadvantages of establishing business by undergraduates, we raise some thoughts and suggestions on what should be done by the government, society colleges and universities to cultivate in this respect.%独立学院的教学质量是独立学院教学改革的核心问题,而独立学院的师资队伍中外聘教师占较大比例,确保外聘教师的教学质量是非常关键的问题.文章从独立学院外聘教师实际教学情况入手,深入分析存在问题的原因,以“以人为本、奖罚分明”为指导思想,完善外聘教师教学质量的监控体系,为独立学院提升人才培养质量奠定良好的基础.
