浅谈军校和谐师生关系的构建

摘要

军校的教育活动是师生双方共同参与和交往的活动，是在一定的师生关系维系下进行的，因此，良好的师生关系是教育活动取得成功的必要保证。通过对构建军校和谐师生关系中存在的问题及原因分析研究，结合军校办学特点，提出三点对策建议，以促进民主与平等、理解与信任、交流与合作的健康和谐发展师生关系的形成。%Both teachers and students participate in the education activities in military academy, and education activities are carried out by a certain relationship between students and teachers, therefore, good teacher-student relationship is necessary for the success of educational activities. By studying the problems in building a harmonious relationship between students and teachers in military academy and the causes and combining with the characteristics of military school, the paper proposed three measures in order to form the healthy and harmonious relationship between students and teachers with democracy and equality, understanding and trust, exchanges and cooperation.
