与产业结构调整相适应的专业结构设置研究

摘要

高等职业教育专业结构设置与三大产业就业结构变化的适应性对我国经济社会及高等职业教育自身的发展有着重要意义。设置和调整专业要主动适应经济社会发展需要，分析地方产业结构调整对人力资源的需求状况，把优化学科专业结构作为提高人才培养质量的重要措施，要按照需求导向、条件保障、规模适度、持续建设的原则制订专业建设规划，提高人才培养质量。%　　It is important to adapt the specialty structure of higher vocational education to employment change of three major industries for the development of China's economic society and higher vocational education. Higher vocational college should establish and adjust specialty according to the development of economic society, analyze the human resource needs caused by the local industrial structure adjustment and regard the optimization of specialty structure as an important measure for improving the quality of talent training. In addition, it should formulate specialty structure on the principles of demand trend, appropriate scale and sustainable development to improve the quality of talent training.
