专业结构设置与产业结构调整相适应的思考——以沈阳航空职业技术学院沈飞校区为例

It is important to adapt the specialty structure of higher vocational colleges to the change of employment structure in three major industries for the development of our country's economic society and higher vocational education.On the basis of analyzing the adjustment of local economic industrial structure,according to its condition,Shenyang Aeronautical Vocational College sets up specialty structure accordingly and selectively.It optimizes specialty structure,concentrating specialty characteristics and creating specialty brand to realize the balanced development of each major in proportion gradually.%高等职业院校专业结构与三大产业就业结构变化的适应性对我国经济社会及高等职业教育自身的发展有着重要意义。沈阳航空职业技术学院在分析地方经济产业结构调整状况的基础上,根据学校的自身条件,有针对性和有选择性地设置专业结构,优化专业结构,凝练专业特色,打造专业品牌,逐渐实现了各个专业按比例均衡发展。
