新形势下做好高校饮食服务队伍建设的几点思考

In recent years, with the prices rising, increasing in labor costs, as well as requirements for college canteens public welfare, how to do well the construction of the university catering services team has become basic problem faced by the college diet healthy development, this article analyzed the status quo of college eating team, and put forward suggestions and countermeasures combined with the actual work of helping college eating team building under the new situation.%　　随着近几年我国物价的不断上涨，人工成本的提高，以及国家对高校食堂公益性的要求，如何做好高校饮食服务队伍的建设成为高校饮食健康发展所面临的基本问题，本文就当前高校饮食队伍的现状进行了分析，并结合工作实际对新形势下做好高校饮食队伍建设提出了自己的建议和对策。
