基于工作流程导向的高职经管类课程教学分析

对于经管类专业，高职教育追求的是熟练掌握流程化、综合性的思维分析能力和解决问题的能力。工作流程是一种集成协作的工作方法，强调的是某种活动在其开始到完成过程中，由多个环节按照顺序集成且共同完成活动，为高职经管类专业的学生提供了很好的培养结构框架。以工作流程为框架的课程按照流程对实际工作进行分解，然后依据连续性对工作任务、工作过程及工作情景进行组织和开发，形成围绕工作流程的课程体系，并在教学过程中按照工作流程组织教学。%For business management specialties, the pursuit of higher vocational education is to master process-oriented and comprehensive analysis ability and problem solving skills.
