构建和谐社会有效防范中小学溺水事故的发生

摘要

In this paper, it analyzes in-depth the drowning accident cases in Hainan province occurring frequently in recent, and combined with the geography of Hainan Province, the humanities and social practice, taking safety education as the starting point, on the one hand, reviews and analyzes related safety education policy and strategy in recent years from primary and secondary schools in Hainan province, families, social organizations and government; on the other hand, explores the training methods for students to study swimming skills quickly starting from the swimming characteristic teaching in Hainan University. The safety education and swimming education should be developed simultaneously, striving to build prevention system for drowning accidents of primary and middle school students, in order to ensure their healthy growth, and make a contribution for the construction of harmonious society.%本文针对海南省近年来屡屡出现的溺水事故案例进行深入剖析，结合海南省的自然地理、人文社会实际，以安全教育为出发点，一方面对近年来我省中小学校、家庭、社会团体组织以及政府相关安全教育政策和策略进行梳理和分析，另一方面从海南大学游泳特色教学入手，探讨中小学生游泳技能快速入门的培训方法。将安全教育与游泳教育并举，力求构建中小学生溺水事故的防范体系，为我省中小学生的健康成长保驾护航，为和谐社会构建添砖加瓦。
