To provide a traffic accident occurrence signal transmission device for reliably notifying another vehicle of occurrence of a traffic accident, a traffic accident occurrence signal reception device corresponding to the transmission device, and a traffic accident occurrence signal transmission/reception system using the devices.SOLUTION: A traffic accident occurrence signal output device 20 includes: a traffic accident occurrence signal generation button 22 to be operated by a traffic accident discovery driver so as to generate a traffic accident occurrence signal KHS; position information acquisition means 24 to be started by an operation of the traffic accident occurrence signal generation button so as to acquire position information of an accident discovery driver riding automobile as traffic accident occurrence position information KJI; and a traffic accident occurrence signal output section 26 for outputting a traffic accident occurrence signal and traffic accident occurrence position information. The traffic accident occurrence signal output section is allowed to output a traffic accident occurrence signal and traffic accident occurrence position information after the position information acquisition means acquires traffic accident occurrence position information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
