随着社会竞争的日趋激烈,人才对社会发展的影响力进一步增强,高等院校肩负着为社会输送高素质人才的使命.然而,陆续的扩招推动中国教育模式由之前的精英教育转变为大众化教育,而当代社会对于大学生的衡量指标也不再是过去单调的理论知识,更多的转移到综合能力素质的要求上.本文着眼于当代高等教育模式下大学生综合能力素质的现状,列举出当代大学生应当具备的综合能力素质,并有针对性的提出适用的培养途径,以期为致力于提升大学生能力素质的高等教育工作者提供理论依据.%With the increasingly fierce social competition, the influence of talents on social development is further strengthened, and colleges and universities shoulder the mission of conveying high-quality talents for the society. However, the successive expansion has promoted China's education model change from elite education to popular education, and in the contemporary society, the measurement for college students is no longer monotonous theoretical knowledge, but transfer to the comprehensive ability of quality requirements. This paper focuses on the status quo of the comprehensive ability of college students under the contemporary higher education model, and lists the comprehensive ability of contemporary college students, and puts forward the suitable training methods, so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the quality of college students.
