绿色增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯的制备研究

摘要

柠檬酸三丁酯为一种绿色环保的增塑剂,其应用具有广阔的前景.本文采用新型催化剂,以一水合柠檬酸、正丁醇为原料合成柠檬酸三丁酯.重点讨论了反应温度、酸醇比、催化剂用量和反应时间等因素对酯化反应的影响.其优化工艺条件为:反应温度120℃,酸醇比(物质的量)为1:4.5,催化剂用量为酸的4w％,反应时间为2.5h,柠檬酸三丁酯的产率可达到96％以上.%Tributyl citrate(TBC) is a kind of green plasticizer and has a widely application prospect. We synthesize TBC with citric acid monohydrate and n-butyl alcohol under the catalysis of sodium hydrogen sulfate. We studies the effects of act temperature, acid alcohol ratio, catalyst dosage and reaction time. Finally we get the optimal conditions: temperature is 120℃, acid alcohol ratio is 1:4.5, catalyst dosage is 4w％of the acid, and the reaction time is 2.5 hours. Our yield is more than 96％.
