A plasticizer based on an acid ester (b) is used in a resin composition for a soft lining material, comprising (a) a (meth)acrylate monomer with at least one unsaturated double bond, (b) a plasticizer, (c) a (meth)acrylate polymer or copolymer and (d) a polymerisation starter.
