The model of teacher education is an important way of inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine. At present, although the inheritance model of "teacher and apprentice" has been extensively combined with education of colleges and universities, most of them are concentrated at the undergraduate level or above. As a reserve of medical power at the grassroots level in the medical system of our country and a "gatekeeper" for the health of residents in the future, it is imperative for them to improve their practical ability and the level of diagnosis and treatment.
