Provided in the present invention are a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) disease prevention management system and method based on a TCM four diagnostic instrument, the method comprising the following steps: acquiring the identity information of a patient by means of an identity card reader of a TCM four diagnostic instrument; controlling a fundus camera of the TCM four diagnostic instrument to take a photograph of the fundus of the patient; detecting the pulse signal of the patient by means of a pulse diagnostic instrument of the TCM four diagnostic instrument, and extracting pulse feature parameters of the patient from the pulse signal; collecting information of the consultation between the physician and the patient from a physician terminal; sending the patient identity information, fundus photograph, and pulse feature parameters to the physician terminal for the physician to combine with the consultation information in order to identifying the constitution of the patient and obtain a TCM constitution report; and, on the basis of the TCM constitution report of the patient, the physician formulates a TCM disease prevention care plan for the patient. The present invention can automatically provide a fundus photograph, pulse features, and consultation information of a patient to a physician in order for the physician to identify the constitution of the patient, thereby implementing the informationisation of TCM disease prevention services.
