大学生工程创新能力培养方法的探讨与研究

     

摘要

在我国开展"万众创新"的大环境下,工程创新能力作为科技创新的展现方式,受到社会企业的广泛关注.本文基于西安科技大学工程训练中心传统基础实训课程,构建了本科教学"三步走"的教学体系.通过将在线管理系统与现代加工设备相互结合,配合学生自主设计、制作的管理模式,让学生学习变被动为主动.在此基础上,完善了传统的单向评价体系,使得工程创新教学体系更加完善,提高学生工程创新能力培养效率.%Under the circumstance of carrying out "mass innovation" in China, engineering innovation ability, as a way of presenting scientific and technological innovation, has drawn wide attention from social enterprises. Based on the traditional basic training course of Engineering Training Center of Xi'an University of Science and Technology, this article constructs a teaching system of "three steps" for undergraduate teaching. Through the combination of online management system and the modern processing equipment, with students independently design, production management mode, students' learning becomes active. On this basis, the traditional one-way evaluation system has been perfected to make the teaching system of engineering innovation more perfect and to improve the training efficiency of student engineering innovation ability.
