浅探大中型中央空调重要部件的设计

摘要

本文分析了大中型中央空调设计制造及应用过程的重点和难点，如新风量不足、冷水机组年运行时间过长、设备闲置等问题，解析了其中的一些原因，并提出了一些预防控制措施。并分别对中央空调的制冷系统、通风系统和换热器的设计进行了研究，提出了强化这些系统的设计方案，以及压缩机的选型方案。希望能对大中型中央空调的优化设计与安装带来一定的帮助。%This paper analyzes the emphases and difficulties of large and medium-sized central air condition design and ma-nufacture and the application process, such as the lack of wind, water chil er operating time is too long, idle equipment and ot-her issues, explains some of the reasons, and puts forward so-me measures to prevent and control. And studied respectively on the central air conditioning refrigeration system, ventilation system and heat exchanger design, and puts forward design scheme of the system, as wel as the compressor selection sch-eme. Hope to optimization design of large and medium-sized central air conditioning instal ation and bring some help.
