With rapid development in the past twenty more years, urban mass transit in China has become a significant investment project in many cities, but the financial study of the project is still on an exploration stage. The evaluation of urban mass transit in China follows the principle of "National economic evaluation follows by afinancial evaluation". Because of the effective and productive construction, the financial reliability began gradually to restrict the sustainable development of urban mass transit. A comparative analysis of the financial situation of urban mass transit system shows that it is necessary to analyze and study the financial evaluation methods, in order to promote the development of urban mass transit in China.%我国城市轨道交通已经历20多年的快速发展,但作为各城市重大投资项目的城市轨道交通运营的经济性研究尚处于探索阶段.我国轨道交通项目评估也一直遵循“经济评价以国民经济评价为主,财务评价为辅”的基本原则.随着城市轨道交通建设显现成效后,项目财务可行性对轨道交通可持续发展的制约逐步凸现.通过对轨道交通系统财务状况对比分析,认为有必要对轨道交通系统财务评价技术进行分析、研究,以利于我国轨道交通的发展.
