土岩复合地层拱盖法施工三维有限元数值模拟

     

摘要

针对土岩复合地层沿深度其刚度差异明显的地质特点,以采用拱盖法施工的青岛地铁3号线某车站为分析对象,采用三维有限元建模对施工过程,以及施工过程中地表和拱顶沉降、支护结构的受力与围岩应力随开挖工况的变化进行了分析.结果表明:在土岩复合地层中,拱盖法能确保施工安全;上部断面中洞开挖为整个施工过程关键工况;及时施作初衬有助于洞室的稳定和地层变形的控制.%Based on the characteristics of outstanding stiffness changes in the soil - rock compound stratum, this paper analyses the construction process of a subway station on Qingdao Metro Line 3, which is excavated with arch - cover method based on three - dimensional finite element modeling. The changes of surface and vault settlement, the stress of surrounding rock and the force of supporting structure are analyzed. The researching result shows that arch-cover method could ensure the construction security, and the excavation of middle pilot heading is a key in the construction process, and the timely initial support could assure the cavities' stability and reduce soil deformation.
