In this article, this article mainly introduces the 140 km/h bogie frame structure: which has gone through all stages of design: calculation and production. Maximum operating speed is 140 km/h of the bogies. The structural strength of all critical components is designed according to 16.5 t axle load.%介绍了设计最高运营速度140 km/h地铁车辆转向架构架的结构,重点介绍了对转向架构架进行强度分析计算的方法.通过对不同载荷下的构架应力、主要超常载荷、不同工况下各种超常特殊载荷和各种运营载荷的计算结果表明:该转向架构架的静强度和疲劳强度均满足强度要求,并能满足使用寿命不小于360万km的要求.
