低碳转型：生态文明城市建设的发展路径——以长株潭城市群建设为例

生态文明城市建设关系到资源和环境约束下的城市可持续发展问题,低碳化发展为推动生态文明城市建设指明了发展方向。本文以长株潭城市群为例,通过介绍生态文明建设与＂低碳转型＂的关系,并阐述长株潭城市群低碳转型过程中生态文明建设的必要性及其路径。%Ecological and humane urban construction is critical to sustainable urban development, with low-carbon development being its orientation. Based on the case study of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan agglomeration, the paper introduces the relationship between ecological and humane construction and low-carbon transition, and explores the necessity and development path of the latter.
