浙江省数据交换平台电子地图数据库建设实践

摘要

作为省交换平台基础地理信息资源的电子地图数据库,数据质量和可视化效果直接影响共享和服务质量。本文介绍了电子地图数据库的组织和建设流程,并对数据库建设中重点方面进行了阐述。为了和国家测绘地理信息局＂天地图＂无缝拼接,保持一致,在建设过程中,充分利用ArcGIS平台,对电子地图数据库数据进行可视化等一系列处理,并对电子地图数据利用新的切片格式输出,结合拷贝工具提高转移效率。%As the geographic information exchange share platform of province of Zhejiang based on digital map database,visualization and data quality directly affects the share and quality of service.This article describes the organization of digital map databases and construction processes,and database development in key area is described.For the National Mapping and Geographic Information Bureau ＂world map＂ seamless,consistent,during the period of construction process,full use of the ArcGIS platform,the digital map database data to visualize with a series of processing,and use of digital map data with the new section format output,combined with the copy tool to improve transfer efficiency.
