The device has a Web server with a map data base for storing an electronic goal map, a network system, which is connected to Web server. A local device modifies the electronic goal map within the Web server and connects over the network system with the Web server. An application program of the Web server is downloaded and special data of the Web server is downloaded the application program over the network system. A display unit indicates the special data of appropriate special screen and several points of position on the special data correspond on the display to select points on screen.
